Unit dispenses soap on its own
- Clean the sensor area with a damp cloth, then dry.
- Make sure nothing is obstructing the sensor underneath the pump.
- Try relocating the pump to avoid interference from bright lighting.
Rechargeable batteries are not recommended, as they are not alkaline batteries. Most rechargeable batteries put out less than 1.5V per cell even when they are fully charged. Some rechargeable batteries do not have enough capacity to turn the pump resulting in low dispensing volume and shorter battery life. A low-battery warning light may appear prematurely.
Sensor may be obstructed, too close to an object or affected by light.
